These terms are a starting draft. The owner must confirm every rule below before paid bookings or product sales are switched on.
Consultations
Prices are per session, in Kenyan shillings, and shown on the booking page. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been verified and we have confirmed a time with you by email.
Rescheduling and cancellation

Digital products
Digital products are delivered by a download link sent to your email after payment is verified. Links expire, and have a download limit. Because digital files can't be returned, [owner to decide the refund policy, e.g. refunds only if the file is faulty and we can't fix it].
Results
Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, so we don't guarantee specific outcomes such as follower numbers or sales.
