This notice explains what Aila Content Agency collects through this website and why. It is a starting draft and must be reviewed, ideally against the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, before the site goes live.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, book a consultation or buy a product, we collect the details you type in: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, information about your business, and anything you tell us about your goals and budget.
Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card number or M-Pesa PIN. We keep a payment reference and its status.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, deliver the consultation or product you asked for, and keep basic business records. We don't sell your data or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who can see it
The agency owner and team members assigned to your enquiry or booking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become work are deleted after [owner to decide, e.g. 12 months]. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by contacting us.
